**Job Responsibility**
- Manage day to day general office administration work, operational and coordination.
- Prepare documentation, data, report or any other administration matters and any other job assigned by Head of Division or Department.
- Assist in project planning, organizing, costing control by monitoring the progress.
- Assist in the supervision of daily work process to meet project schedule, quality standard and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with all project heads on the effectiveness of project operation and administration work and reporting to Head of Division.
- Coordinate with all project heads on overall project technical issues and to ensure schedule of the project meet the targeted deadlines.
- Responsible for maintaining a proper filing system for department’s reference.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in relevant.
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Construction Industry: 2 years (preferred)
