Client Manager - Financial Instituition **Company**: Marsh **Description**: **Client Manager - Financial Instituitions** **What can you expect?** - Join Global Leader in Insurance Broking and Innovative Risk Management Solutions - A team of diverse professionals across the globe, dedicated to helping clients manage some of the world's most challenging and complex risks awaits - Dedicated learning and development programmes **What is in it for you?** - Attractive benefits coverage which includes Optical and Dental - Modern Smart Office Workspace in the heart of Kuala Lumpur **We will count on you to**: - To serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, follows up on correspondences and works to strengthen and grow client relationships. - To develop understanding of client businesses by conducting research, research on industry issues and preparing benchmarking studies to facilitate advisory. - To expand clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities - To mitigate client's concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues. - To report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding both internally and externally. - To develop and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities. - To help developing talent within the team **What you need to have**: - A degree holder from any field - At least 5 years of experience in Client Management within the financial services industry especially banking or asset management is ideal - Good knowledge about the operations of banking or asset management company(ies) is ideal - Strategic Thinking, Being proactive around commercial opportunities; ability to link all actions to strategy; - Outgoing and independent in nature - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Excellent presentations skills (one on one and to an audience) Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
