1.Shall provide necessary administrative assistance to management staff

2.Shall accept complaint from tenant and assist in liaising with tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction

3. Shall maintain proper records of all paperworks in the office

4. Shall carry out the preparation of invoice and billings

5. Shall be responsible for collection of service charge and sinking fund and water charges

6. To ensure update of daily collection

7. To prepare official letters, memo, notice, purchase order and etc

8. To receive and answer any phone calls in management office

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin, English and Malay (preferred)
