Main Accountabilities

Play a crucial role in supporting senior consultants and project managers to achieve the desired outcomes of change management projects. Responsible for delivering tasks promptly and work closely to support the Project Leader or Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilies

1. Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the client's organizational structure, culture, and current processes. Analyze data and information to identify areas requiring change and potential challenges.

2. Documentation and Planning: Assist in documenting project requirements, goals, and timelines. Support the development of change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, and risk management plans.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Help identify key stakeholders and understand their perspectives and concerns regarding the change initiative. Support efforts to engage stakeholders throughout the change process, including communication and feedback mechanisms.

4. Communication and Training: Assist in developing communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, and announcements, to inform employees about upcoming changes. Support the design and delivery of training programs to help employees adapt to new processes or systems.

5. Project Coordination: Support project managers and senior consultants in coordinating activities related to change implementation. This may include scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and preparing progress reports.

6. Change Readiness Assessment: Help assess the organization's readiness for change through surveys, interviews, or workshops. Analyze findings and contribute to recommendations for enhancing readiness and addressing resistance.

7. Monitoring and Evaluation: Assist in monitoring the implementation of change initiatives, tracking milestones, and evaluating outcomes against predefined metrics. Contribute to post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the consulting firm's methodologies and best practices. Review documents, presentations, and other materials for accuracy and completeness.

9. Learning and Development: Continuously learning about change management theories, methodologies, and industry best practices. Seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the field of change management consultancy.

10. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders. Contribute ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and support team efforts to achieve project objectives.

11. Advisory Support: Provide advice and recommendations based on research findings, analysis, and insights gained during the project. Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes as part of the consulting team.

12. Adaptability and Initiative: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing project requirements and client needs. Take initiative in completing assigned tasks and seeking opportunities to add value to the project.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
