Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Falaina's IAM platform. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in IAM and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Architect, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA and DAG.


• Designs and implements integration of Fálaina IAM with enterprise applications, infrastructures, cloud services.


• Leads implementation of IAM technologies end-to-end and work closely with project manager to ensure scope and timeline are met.


• Point of contact for assigned projects or assignment


• Troubleshoot issues and provides L3 support to customers.


• Develop technical knowledge around Fálaina IAM solutions and associated technologies, track industry trends and competitive landscape.


• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.


• Travelling to project sites/customer offices is required.

Qualifications:


• A bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or a related field.


• 2+ years of recent relevant work experience in identity and access management solutions.


• 2+ years of hands on experience in at least two or more of the following IAM solutions: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Access Governance (DAG), Access Management (AM) or Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).


• Strong understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organization that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements.
