Position : Technical Support Specialist (MSC) - Admin

Location : Petaling Jaya

Duration : Permanent

Industry : IT Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Involves in documentations and responsible for administration works pertaining technical support.
- Perform updating of the Technical Calendar and/or planning work duty and schedules to ensure proper support coverage for our customers.
- Performed/update Maintenance Agreement, Service Report, Asset List and/or other related end users’ technical documents when necessary.
- Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.
- Monitor/plan project timelines, schedules, and documentation with engineers.
- Provide education and training of software to end-users when necessary.
- Ensure Technical cases are in healthy level and the proactiveness of the team in the case handling -when necessary.
- Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers / equipment in the customers' organization.
- Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers, Storages, Backup solution, network and firewall, etc.
- Perform 1st / 2nd Level Support Remotely in troubleshooting customers’ IT related problems.
- **Occasionally required to work after regular hours** and or specific overtime, in line with the global business needs.

**Job Requirements**
- Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision.
- Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in common language.
- **Ability to start immediately** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
