**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for business needed.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage delivery schedules, and verify the receipt of goods.
- Manage administrative documentation to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Work closely with warehouse and sales team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Possess at least certificate/diploma or equivalent.
- **1-2 years of experience in inventory managing or related field is preferred.**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Able to communicating & writing in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
