**About You**

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic Sales Team as Customer Service Executives / Outbound Telesales Executives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by contacting potential customers and securing appointments for our vehicle inspection services.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Manage outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Build rapport and engage in professional conversations with potential customers.
- Clearly and concisely communicate Carsome's value proposition and service offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Persuade customers to schedule vehicle inspections and ultimately, complete a sale.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for vehicle inspections.
- Proactively manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Remind customers of upcoming appointments.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets (inspection appointments and sales).
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Accurately log customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer information and sales activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to sales processes.

**Your Know-How**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed will also be considered.
- **Education**: Minimum SPM, with a strong preference for university/college graduates.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: A strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Chinese dialects is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
