- Provide timely and accurate reporting

**Responsibilities**:

- People-Oriented - take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met
- Target Driven - self-motivated to exceed achievable goals whilst continuously developing and improving and benefiting from an attractive sales incentive
- Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to customers in a manner that engages and helps them understand and retain the message
- Organization - Establishing ways to ensure that your work is completed effectively and efficiently
- Team Focus - Actively participate within the team to help the team achieve collective goals

- Excellent Internal and external emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
- Proficient in computer software and technology platforms especially CRM and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a sales role and demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
- Highly organized and accurate
- Self-driven and able to raise standards of quality and productivity when required
- Resourceful and highly independent
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence people
- Familiarity with accounting and finance is favorably considered
- Familiarity with small businesses and understanding the challenges faced by business owners. Likes people enjoy work, loves fun

**Requirements**:

- Desirable, though not mandatory - A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Any study in accounting or finance will be highly regarded.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Posses less than 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, Outbound, Telesales, Sales, Communication, B2B, Enterprise Solutions, Business Helpdesk, Accounting and Finance, Account Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- All Performance will be monitored and measured monthly or quarterly.
- Sales experience is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
