Inside Sales Specialist

The inside sales specialist is responsible for generating leads by cold-calling prospects.
- Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s target client.
- Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
- Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Initiate and develop new business in Singapore and Malaysia via cold calling
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with sales team when closing the sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Maintaining database (Infusion Soft CRM) of prospective client information
**Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status**:
- Must be Malaysian
**Must-Haves**:
- Cold-Call experience;
- Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing, primarily Search Engine Marketing and Social Media advertising;
- Sales prospecting experience;
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Able to join immediately,
