**About the role**

A Retail Associate, also known as a Sales Associate or Retail Salesperson, is a front-line employee in a retail setting. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchasing needs, and contribute to the overall sales and operations of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, offering product recommendations and information.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring all display items are in proper condition.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including sales, exchanges, and returns.
- Manage inventory levels by assisting in stock counts, replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support marketing and promotional activities at the retail location as required.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support showroom operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer service roles preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Passionate about gaming or ergonomic furniture is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
