Account & Finance Assistant

ACCOUNT & FINANCE ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to Prepare & Process Invoices, Payments, ect
- Assist to Perform Data Entry for Daily Transactions
- Assist to Maintain Accurate Financial Records
- Assist in Preparing Monthly Report and Analysis
- Assist to Support audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary
- Assist to Handle accounts payable and receiveable functions
- Assist in statutory submissions (SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, ect.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above holder in Accounting, Finance or related fields is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed with basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Full set of account knowledge experience will be an advantage
