Leasing Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, termination, renewals, and related paperwork.
- To prepare and online submission stamp duty.
- Prepare and execute all the related documents for utilities and license submission.
- Assisting manager level to prepare the personal claim and department petty claim.
- To assist data entry in our system.
- To assist filling and courier documents.
- Able to work across all department internally.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
**Job Qualifications**:
- 2 years of admin working experience in a fast-paced business development/expansion for retail or Mall leasing management experience.
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes in any situation.
- Able to multi-tasking with meeting multiple datelines.
- Excellent communication, fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (optional).
- Effective and focus communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good IT skills including competence with Google products (Sheet, Docs, Slide, Form, and Gmail in particular and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and able to work at Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya & Klang.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
- _**Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.**_
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
