**Main objective - Assisting Head of Department in overseeing the financial health and stability of the organization.**
- **Providing accurate and transparent financial information to facilitate decision-making, assess financial health**, **and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.**:

- **Analyzing various elements of businesses, to provide timely, relevant information and recommendations for decision-making and improve the overall financial performance of the organization.**

**Responsibilities**:
1) Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.

2) Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

3) Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

4) Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads.

Monitor and analyze budget variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.

5) Manage and optimize the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.

6) Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.

7) Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations and reporting requirements.

8) Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.

9) Lead and mentor the finance and costing team.

10) Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

11) Collaborate with other departments to achieve cross-functional goals.

12) Systems, processes, and procedures implemented to safeguard the organization's assets, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and promote operational efficiency.

**Working conditions**:

- Based in Setia Avenue, Setia Alam, Selangor
- Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch time: 1 hour break between 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

**Employment Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, strong reporting skills, and analytical abilities are essential.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
