**1. **Responsible for reporting for duties and receiving instructions from the President & Excos of PEKEMA** **2. **Supervise on overall Management and Administration matter** - Protect the interests of PEKEMA through negotiations with Government Ministries and Departments such as the Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI), the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Royal Customs Department Malaysia (JKDM), Road Transport Department (JPJ), Bank Negara Malaysia, Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) and other related agencies. - Represent PEKEMA in important meetings with ministries and government agencies involved. - Present and propose improvements in specific issues that benefit PEKEMA members. - Have a close relationship with Associations that have common interests such as MAA and the "Used Car Malaysia" Association and so on. - Always update and report to the President & Excos of PEKEMA on the latest government policies such as the National Automotive Policy (DAN), Automotive Taxation System especially used imported vehicles, related policies such as AFTA, MJEPA and its implications for PEKEMA. **3. **Manage and Lead PEKEMA Academy** - Liaise with relevant ministries and government departments to get various incentives. - Plan and propose relevant program / course that give beneficial to the members specifically and to the public generally - Introduce the PEKEMA Academy as widely as possible among members, private and public sectors. **4. **Manage and Operate Yayasan PEKEMA** - Governance the Yayasan PEKEMA properly, efficiently and effectively - Propose to the Board of Directors on any improvements from time to time - Identify and propose to the Board of Directors an effective activities/programs with good returns **5. **Others** - PEKEMA Subsidiary : Administering PEKEMA's assets, providing analysis and recommending suitable investments. - Any task as directed by the President / Excos / appointed officer from time to time. **Job Type**: Contract **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Company car - Dental insurance - Free parking - Parental leave Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
