**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technology & Product Strategy**
- Define and drive the overall technology roadmap in alignment with business goals and IPO readiness.
- Lead the development of both **software platforms** and **hardware-based solutions**, ensuring market relevance and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the IT & Security industry.

**Technical Leadership**
- Oversee architecture, design, and deployment of all tech projects.
- Ensure all products meet high standards of **cybersecurity, scalability, and usability**.
- Build and manage a lean, agile, and efficient tech team (in-house and external partners).

**Security & Compliance**
- Implement and maintain strong **cybersecurity frameworks** across products and internal infrastructure.
- Ensure tech compliance with local and international standards (e.g. ISO, PDPA, etc.).

**Business & IPO Alignment**
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and stakeholders to support business development, funding rounds, and IPO preparations.
- Translate business goals into scalable tech initiatives that meet investor expectations.
- Participate in due diligence, audits, and technical documentation needed for IPO processes.

**Team & Stakeholder Management**
- Mentor junior developers and lead recruitment of tech talents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales to align product development with client needs.
- Represent the tech vision externally, including with partners, clients, and potential investors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior tech or leadership role, preferably in a startup or SME.
- Strong background in **software development**, **hardware product integration**, and **cybersecurity**.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for building from the ground up.
- Experience in IPO-related tech governance or compliance (bonus but not mandatory).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
