**Sales Admin Executive Job Description**
- Provide and assist in all Administrative matter within Department..
- To ensure the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are in place.
- Prepare and furnish a monthly reporting on sales staff commission i.e sign-ups, servicing report, installation and so forth.
- Main central coordinator of communications between external department i.e Operation, Risk and Technical Support Department and MSE.
- Update sponsored bank on progress of lead follow-ups on a fortnightly basis.
- Template will include date lead received, lead assigned to which MSE and status of lead either attendant, KIV, rejected or agreed.
- Prepare and furnish weekly, monthly report on sales staff performance like sign-ups, servicing report, commission (closing report).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
