**Job Overview**:The Partner Success Executive at N3 is tasked with ensuring the success and satisfaction of our strategic in-journey partners such as Express Rail Link and Go Hub. This role focuses on managing operational relationships, streamlining collaboration, and enhancing service delivery and customer experiences.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Partner Onboarding**: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new partners to familiarize them with operational procedures and platform standards.
- **Account Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth operational relationship.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze partner performance metrics to drive improvements.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Collect partner feedback to refine business processes and coordinate with internal teams to implement enhancements.
- **Training and Support**: Deliver continuous training and support to partners, ensuring compliance with service standards and effective use of the platform.
- **Reporting**: Compile and present reports on partner status and performance to management.
- **Strategic Initiatives**: Support the development and execution of strategies to boost partner engagement and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in partner relationship management or customer success roles, preferably in travel, transportation, or tech industries.
- Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and operational logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High organizational and detail-oriented skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools is an advantage.

**KPIs**:

- **Partner Satisfaction Score**: Measure satisfaction levels through regular surveys and feedback.
- **Onboarding Efficiency**: Time taken to onboard new partners and get them fully operational.
- **Issue Resolution Time**: Average time taken to resolve partner issues or queries.
- **Partner Retention Rate**: Percentage of partners retained over a specific period.
- **Operational Compliance**: Degree to which partners adhere to agreed operational standards and procedures.
- **Enhancement Implementation Rate**: Speed and effectiveness of executing process improvements based on partner feedback.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
