**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Keeping track of nursing turnover in Avisena Healthcare.
2. Collaborating with nurse managers and other relevant departments, e.g. human resource
3. Managing and coordinating the recruitment of new nurses including being responsible as the person-In-charge (PIC) for:
a. advertising for job openings on various platforms;
b. receiving, screening and reviewing resumes received for nursing positions;
d. attending to physical and virtual interviews;
and
4. Meeting and discussing with heads of departments to understand each department's specific nursing hiring needs.
6. Preparing a monthly report on nursing recruitment activities.

**Strategic**
1. Building key relationships with local colleges and universities for sponsorship programme of nursing students and conduct colleges' recruitments to hire prospective nurses. (final semester students)
2. Preparing PowerPoint presentations on various nursing topics for collaboration with colleges and universities.
3. Investigate source of marketing by placing ads, attending job fairs, student and conventions.
4. Collaborate with Nursing Education to provide mentorship programme to new staff during their probation period.
6. Handle exit interview for resignation staff to find root cause of the resignations.
7. Resolve and troubleshoot problems arising in recruiting and hiring nurses.
8. Propose nursing manpower planning to Group Head Nursing for future expansion plan and requirements.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
