**Front Desk Receptionist**
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Job Scope:
Front Desk Receptionist
**Job Description**:
Front Desk Duties:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Customer Service Duties:
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Hours: 9 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break; 6 days a week (off-day on weekday)
- with or without experience
- have strong writing and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu
- Able to speak in mandarin added as advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
