**Greeting guests**: Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- **Checking in and out guests**: Assigning rooms, providing keys, and checking out guests
- **Processing payments**: Preparing bills, taking payments, and handling cash
- **Answering questions**: Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
- **Handling requests**: Dealing with special requests like room service, wake-up calls, and taxi bookings
- **Taking messages**: Taking messages for guests and passing them on
- **Maintaining records**: Recording bookings and payments, and keeping accurate records
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Working with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- **Maintaining the front desk**: Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized
- **Using hotel software**: Using hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and guest information

**Requirement**:

- Customer-centric attitude
- Computer literate
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Familiar with hotel reservation software
- Firm understanding of how travel planning websites work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
