- CMM is a key country leadership team member with direct reporting to VP Marketing.
- Key contributor of the performance trinity (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) that supports the country MRR and GPV deliverables.
- Fully accountable for marketing performance deliverables including new user acquisition, app download targets, MQL/SQL leads generation, CPL and CAC.
- Strategise and execute growth marketing plans to establish Qashier SaaS as the number one business solution for SMEs in the country.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure successfully adoption of existing and new solutions.
- Brand and content strategist with close collaboration with HQ Editor, content and creative team/agency to hyper-localise Qashier’s brand.
- Lead local new social media content and engagement initiatives, including working with KOL, partnerships, and liaising with media/production house on content creation.
- Conducts competitive landscape research and GTM proposal to HGM and CM.
- Lead both online and offline branding effort to drive brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities increase top-of-mind recall for Qashier to target audiences, including but not limited to networking and industry relevant events/webinars.
- End-to-end project management and fulfilment of campaigns and marketing requests.
- To uphold the integrity of Qashier’s vision and key beliefs to empower 1 million SMEs in today’s digital economy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in related field, with at least 7 years’ experience as a Marketing, Brand or Digital strategist.
- Prior experience in SaaS marketing is required.
- Technical knowledge of HubSpot and paid digital marketing (FBAds, Gads minimum)
- Mix of ex-agency and inhouse marketing experience is a bonus.
- Excellent command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities.
- Results-driven and organised individual.
