This role is responsible to provide assistance and support to the Underwriting team in all aspects of underwriting operations, policies and procedures in line with Allianz Group requirements.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Technical UW Execution - Responsible for underwriting direct and inward policies for Singapore across P Lines with a primary focus on Motor, including managing case referrals and portfolio/fleet underwriting.
- UW Guidelines - Provide product& UW training to distribution team on UW guidelines and frameworks. Function as contact point for product/UW clarification from other internal teams, including but not limited to Distribution and Claims.

**Capabilities and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Motor underwriting. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong team player with effective organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a start-up or small company environment is a plus, especially where cross-functional ownership and entrepreneurial mindset are valued.
