Support significantly larger and/or more complex entities and has a good understanding of the nature of the business and the economic environment in order to execute activities effectively.
- Ensure timely excellence and accurate in delivery of GL and FA & TLS closing and reporting activities according to the agreed framework Finance Standards and Practices and ensure no late adjustment reported to quarter closing.
- Monitor and ensure all GL and FA & TLS Integrity issues and Functional monitoring issues resolved by communicate and follow-up accordingly with the appropriate staff.
- Ensure timely submission of all reporting including but not limited to MI, local statutory (to be indicated) reports and other reports that are requested.
- Coordinate the prompt and accurate recording of the financial reporting or transactions transaction (e.g. ledger entries, journal postings, etc.) is in compliant with Company Group Policies and reporting standard requirements, policies and procedures. The reporting standard requirements shall cover local standard as well as International Financial Reporting standards.
- Ensure Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Action Tracker are updated accurately and delivered as per stipulated timeline. Timely follow up to resolve ages and irregular items in the Balance Sheet and escalate to Country Finance Team as and when necessary.
- Support local statutory audit and ensure all required information and analysis (e.g. audit schedule) are submitted timely and accurately.
- Gather, collate and analyze data as necessary in order to prepare and maintain various reports as and when needed.
- Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Review reports to validate data and provide constructive input while ensuring submission in a timely manner if necessary.
- Resolve or further escalate any complex TLS issues faced.
- Liaise with China Operation teams to ensure that the TLS data being entered into the ledger is accurate.
- Support customers on the TLS issues, having a good understanding of the TLS process and clearing all the aging items that still pending with the pertaining to the respective parties.

**Merits**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting.
- Chinese language competency.
- Shared service center experience.
- JDE system experience.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: Up to RM8,500.00 per month
