**Major Job role**:
1] Cost optimization and supplier management for existing mass production projects

2] Materials shortage support for all mass-run projects

3]Develop and manage MRO/Service supplier resources to optimize MRO/Service cost

**Responsibilities and Authority**:
1. Be responsible for the continuous price reduction and annual price negotiation of the mass production project for Malaysia factory; Ensure that the component price is reasonable and competitive.

2. Be responsible for the management of system linkage of components in the mass production project for Malaysia factory;
3. Support to resolve the shortage of materials in the mass production project; keep communication with the project team to ensure the continuous and stable supply of materials.

4. Manage suppliers of for mass production projects and improve components supplier performance

5. Strictly follow the procurement process and business ethics, and maintain a healthy and sound cooperative relationship with suppliers.

6. Develop and manage MRO/ service suppliers in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, and improve existing MRO supplier performance;
7. Review and select appropriate MRO/ service supplier resources; negotiate and compare prices to achieve target prices to lower the purchasing cost; support operation department to optimize the cost of fixtures, spare parts and equipment;
8. Review MRO/ service contracts together with legal and user departments, purchase order release, track project progress and arrange MRO/Service supplier’s payment;
9. Assist quality, purchasing, finance and other departments to solve quality, delivery, customer complaints, payment and other problems;
10. Understand industry and market information, and share Malaysia resources and market information within Eolane Asia team. Provide improvement proposal based on the actual situation, participate in and implement procurement strategy.

11. Other affairs arranged by superiors.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above.

2. Work experience: at least 5 years of EMS industry related procurement work experience, familiar with electronic material supply channels. Understand MRO procurement (fixture, spare parts, and equipment, etc.)

3. Skills: Chinese and English listening, speaking and writing ability, skilled use of Word, excel, ERP and other office software.

4. Professional quality:
a. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
b. Risk awareness;
c. Have high professional ethics and abide by the rules and regulations of the company

d. Strong ability of data analysis and problem solving

Pay: RM3,330.18 - RM6,461.92 per month
