Job Descriptions
Human Resource
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Monitoring and updating GPA and GHS insurance coverage for new and departing employees.
- Providing relevant data (absences, overtime calculation, allowances, leaves, etc.).
- Support for HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Assist in the management of workers' disciplinary, misconduct investigations, and grievances.
- Provide administrative support and participate in various HR initiatives and project implementations.
- Prepare and update organization charts from time-to-time.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
