**1. Position - Valuation Cum Research Manager**

**2. Key Responsibilities**

Your duties will include but not limited to the following duties, inter alia:
**2.1. Valuation & Project Assessment**

a. Conduct comprehensive valuations for diverse property types.

b. Prepare detailed project assessment reports to support investment and strategic decisions.

**2.2. Market Research & Analysis**

a. Perform in-depth market studies, analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities.

b. Utilize statistical tools to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

**2.3. Reporting and Presentation**

a. Develop high-quality reports and dashboards summarizing research findings.

b. Present findings effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

**2.4. Strategic Contribution**

a. Provide data-driven recommendations to influence business strategies.

b. Align research activities with organizational goals and timelines.

**2.5. Team Leadership**

a. Supervise and mentor two subordinates, ensuring quality output and professional development.

b. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

**3. Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in valuation, market research, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Project Skills: Strong ability to prepare project assessment reports and conduct complex market studies.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of presenting to senior management.

**4. Must-Have**
- Proven experience as a valuer.
- Strong project assessment and market research capabilities.
- Leadership experience or potential to manage a small team.
- Availability to meet demanding project timelines beyond regular hours when needed.

**5. Nice-to-Have**
- Registered valuer license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Advanced data visualization or analytical tools knowledge.

**6. Incentives**

- 5-day workweek with expectations of flexibility to accommodate project demands.
