**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards meet 5-star resort expectations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas are guest-ready.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth room turnover and upkeep.
- Manage departmental budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with resort and regulatory policies.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a **4 or 5-star hotel/resort**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining impeccable standards.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team.
