**Job Title**: Test Manager - Banking LOS

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define the **test strategy**, **test plans**, and **test cases** for LOS implementations and enhancements.
- Lead and manage **system, integration, regression, UAT**, and **performance testing** efforts across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with **business analysts, developers, product owners, and third-party vendors** to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Establish and monitor **quality metrics**, report test progress and defects, and drive resolution of critical issues.
- Manage **test environments**, test data, and configuration requirements.
- Ensure **compliance with banking standards, regulatory mandates**, and security practices.
- Lead the **automation testing strategy** and framework implementation where applicable.
- Mentor and guide QA/test team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support **go-live readiness** by validating deployment plans and post-production verification.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **8+ years of experience** in software testing, with **3+ years in a test leadership/managerial role**.
- Proven experience testing **Banking LOS platforms** (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos, or in-house LOS platforms).
- Strong knowledge of **STLC, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies**.
- Hands-on experience with **test management tools** like JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or TestRail.
- Familiarity with **automation tools** (e.g., Selenium, UFT) and test scripting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk handling skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **core banking systems** and **credit decisioning engines**.
- Knowledge of **API testing**, **web services**, and **database validation** (SQL).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Exposure to **DevOps** environments and **CI/CD pipelines**.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- May require occasional off-hours work during release and production support cycles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM17,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
