**Job Description-TEST MANAGER**
- Collaborate closely with Business Units, Vendors, and Product teams to ensure high-quality testing aligned with Company QA standards.
- Take charge of testing processes, including test case creation, execution, result analysis, defect management, and reporting.
- Outline and oversee the Test Strategy for system implementation projects.
- Ensure compliance with the Company QA Framework and SDLC monitoring quality assurance metrics.
- Coordinate with multiple stake holders and manage business users
- Train and guide test leads.

**The Successful Applicant**
- At least 8 years of experience leading and managing testing teams for large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of banking industry.
- Proven track record in overseeing testing in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in addressing various testing concerns such as test data management, policy implementation, risk mitigation, and test design.
- Solid understanding of non-functional testing areas such as Performance Testing and Automation Testing is a plus.
- Preferably holds certifications such as ISTQB - CTFL or ISTQB - CTAL.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,644.27 - RM13,155.77 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
