**Responsibilities & Task**:

- Responsible to carry out quality inspection as stated in Control Plan and instruction accordance to Quality System.
- Conducting incoming materials inspection.
- Performing In-Process Checking.
- Perform final checking and quality inspection immediately
- Feedback to production superior and QA superior if any nonconformance activities performed by production personnel are detected.
- To work closely with finishing / delivery section to ensure that finished goods is in accordance and conformance to customer’s specifications.
- Prepare CoC prior to delivery of product to customers.
- Performing sample testing upon superior request.
- To perform checking at customer site if nonconformity found.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
