Building Technician Iii

_**PURPOSE**_ - Provide general repair and maintenance work. - Follow up and reports to the management any preventive maintenance required and ensures all assignments given are appropriately attended. - Perform daily routine checking of all common areas including pool, perimeter fence, street light, and other areas of the hotel. - Conduct minor repair works including plumbing, sanitary system, carpentry, painting work, replacement of light bulbs, water tap and others work assigned by supervisor. - Ensure that repair works are completed on time, and that they are of good quality. - Responsible to record all daily work into "Service Report" and send to superior to acknowledge. - Attend all complaints and to ensure all complaints are solved on time. - Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on plant & machinery. - **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:_ - Possess Vocational Certificate in specializing in Maintenance / Repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalents. - Those without relevant qualifications but with 2 years or more relevant experience will be considered. - Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Gym membership - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Night shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - Building Technician: 1 year (required)
