**Your new role**
You will be responsible for:
- Work closely with existing clients (across Malaysia and Singapore) to understand their needs, usage and strategic planning
- Proactively work on client retention and upselling of services to existing clients
- Manage accounts, including growth, retention and customer engagement
**What you'll need to succeed**
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related business disciplines
- At least 3-5 years in direct sales or account management experience in financial or related industries.
- Prior experience with client servicing in the investment field will be an advantage
- Previous business development or client servicing experience with clients including but not limited to financial institutions, government, academic and corporate clients
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Occasional travelling is required
