**About the role**:
We're looking for a Procurement Manager who will be the driving force behind our purchasing operations. **Your responsibilities**:

- Craft and implement procurement strategies that harmonise with company objectives, focusing on cost efficiency and quality.
- Foster and maintain beneficial supplier relationships, skillfully negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms.
- Lead the procurement team with insight and inspiration, promoting operational excellence.
- Manage the procurement cycle, ensuring compliance and smooth execution from sourcing to contract management.
- Seek and enact opportunities for cost reduction, process enhancement, and supply chain improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, syncing procurement goals with the company's broader vision.
- Anticipate supply chain risks and devise proactive approaches to maintain supply integrity.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Demonstrable progression in procurement roles, with a track record of effective leadership.
- Astute negotiator with keen problem-solving abilities aimed at driving savings and nurturing supplier relations.
- Ability to lead and develop procurement teams, encouraging a unified work ethos.
- Fluent in procurement software, matched with excellent communication capabilities.
- Experience in category management, supply chain planning, and working with third-party logistics providers.
