Reporting directly to the management team, this full-time **Finance & Account Manager** position at **RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD** offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company based in **Kota Bharu, Kelantan**. As the Finance & Account Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to its strategic decision-making processes.

**What you'll be doing:

- **
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
- Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, working capital, and cash flow
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, and implement effective controls and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organisation
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Expert in accounting system such as ERP Software (SQL, SAP, Oracle, UBS, AutoCount, Xero, Excel Advance)

**What we're looking for:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 5 years+ of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the management accounting or business partnering domain
- Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
- As a Strategic Advisor in term of account and finance instrument

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
