Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Manage payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Prepare SST submissions and liaise with tax agents, auditors, and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to auditor queries
  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, Xero)
  • Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements and tax regulations
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
