Account Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Record, process, and issue invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements, track costs (labor, materials, overhead), and generate reports for management.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Monitor and ensure the security of all cash flow in and out of the business.
- Assist with annual audits and financial reviews.
- Handle general account inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
