Branch Administrator

Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma holder or any related field with a minimum of 2-3 years in administration.\
- Preferably in heavy equipment, automotive or industrial sector
- Experience in handling job documentation, billing process, PO/PR etc.
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
- Good communication skills & Organizing Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head, Branch in the overall supervision in the Admin Department.
- Report to Head, Branch of any deviation of the Finance standing instructions and procedures.
- Assist Head, Branch in the monitoring of proper usage of company's vehicles and monitoring the insurance coverage, roadtax and repairs of the various department vehicles.
- Liaise with other departments on all personnel and administrative function assigned by the Head, Branch.
- Assist Head, Branch in the preparation of Account/Administration Department internal budge after consultation with Head, Branch.
- Prepare and verifying monthly accounting reconciliation statements and effect adjustments when necessary and analyzing Branch Operation Statement and highlighting substantial variances.
Conduct weekly Perpetual Caterpillar and other Non-Cat parts stock, check and Annual Stock Check on consumable store stock, New/Used Equipment and attachments and also other subsidiaries annual stock check as instructed by Accountant at Head Office.
Preparation of Sales Quotation, machine delivery documents and sales administrative duties.
