Job Description:

  • Lead and improve the branch's sales performance, cost control, and administrative efficiency to achieve branch targets.
  • Manage daily branch operations and work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Handle customer orders, including maintaining order portals, managing online sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing, and ensuring all payments are up to date.
  • Monitor and manage branch stock levels to ensure they follow company SOPs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Participate in company events and use social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Live) to promote products, working with the marketing team to create and run campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on marketing materials, advertising, and digital strategies to help grow brand awareness.
  • Perform general administrative, coordination, and support tasks as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management or other related field.
  • Aggressive and sales driven.
  • Possess good communication skill in English & Malays.
  • Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and sense of urgency.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills
  • Other tasks or job assignments include but not limited to day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support assigned by superior based on business need.
