  • Review and verify financial statements, vouchers, records, and supporting documentation for compliance and authenticity.
  • Assess internal controls, risk management, and operational processes to ensure compliance with laws, company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct audits of outlet operations (e.g., stock handling, cash management, POS usage, brand standards).
  • Identify weaknesses, discrepancies, and potential fraud; recommend and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present clear audit reports, maintaining proper documentation to support findings.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and assist with statutory/regulatory compliance audits.
  • Handle special reviews, investigations, or projects assigned by management or the Audit Committee.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, best practices, and developments in internal auditing.

Job Requirement :

  • Degree or professional qualification in Audit, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of internal/external audit, compliance, or commercial control experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
