Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital innovations across all departments.
- Set up and lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of digital projects.
- Set up IT, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the successful integration of digital technologies.
- Manage the digital project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and responsibility within the organization.
- Serve as a change agent, motivating and leading staff through the digital transformation process.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, clearly conveying digital transformation goals, processes, and outcomes.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, making data-driven decisions to guide future digital strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and capture sales through strategic digital initiatives and solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to integrate digital technologies that enhance customer engagement and increase revenue streams. Develop and implement digital sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and market trends.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
