Calendar Management: Maintain the Director's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure that conflicts are resolved and that the Director's time is optimized.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings. Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure they are completed.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries to facilitate efficient travel.
- Driving: Accompany Director to various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both physical and digital. Ensure that information is readily accessible and well-organized.
- Special Projects: Assist the Director in ad-hoc projects, research assignments, and presentations. Provide support in decision-making and problem-solving.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is a must.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
