**Responsibility**
- Support and maintain our clients unique Cisco Unified Communications Solutions (Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity Connection, SIP, MGCP and H.323 Voice gateways, Cisco UCCX, Cisco Presence/Jabber and Cisco TelePresence). Use monitoring and reporting systems (Orion Solarwinds, HPOVO, Ciscoworks, Cisco ACS and Prognosis IPTM); as well as online tools (Layer 2 CCT Tester, Cricket, IFMS, Boris, MRTG and HPOVPI etc) to ensure continuous and excellent service to our customers.
- To take operational ownership of the services that is being offered to Optus Business customers in the form of Cisco Managed Unified Communications.
- Handle Proactive Event Management (Managing Alarm/Event Management Platform) HPOVO for Unified Communication. Validating events and logging incidents in Incident Management System.
- Performing incident diagnoses, remote diagnostics of customer devices upon receiving alarms for all Cisco Unified Communications capabilities.
- Provide End-to-End request management and fulfillment for Cisco Unified Communications technologies. Implement pre-authorised, standard MAC’s (IPTel/ basic Switch Port and WAN Port configuration) and approved complex MAC’s include feature additions and wider system design changes.
- Add and remove devices as needed into monitoring and reporting Systems (Orion Solarwinds, HPOVO, Ciscoworks, Cisco ACS, Prognosis IPTM, etc.).

**Minimum Qualification**
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

**Experience and Skill Requirements**
- Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a Managed Service provider environment.
- Excellent knowledge in support or configuration of Enterprise Cisco routers & switches (18xx, 28xx, 38xx, 36xx, 37xx)
- Able to work under pressure, fast paced, tight deadlines and dynamic work environment.
- Required skill(s) : Good understanding of networking protocols & systems but not limited to TCP/IP, RTP, SIP, MGCP, H323, HTTP, HTTPS, HTML, VXML, SOAP, XML, Pearl and PHP.
- Required language(s) : Fluent in English both written and oral.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice) will be an added advantage
- Skills and/or experience in escalation management, advanced problem solving & documentation will be an added advantage
