We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Service Crew**. As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience is required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or customer service is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, move, and perform tasks during shifts.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to converse in English/Bahasa Melayu
