Admin Assistant/ Officer

Job Description:
1) Assist Personal Assistant of Board of Directors
2) To work closely with directors and assist them on a day-to-day basis
3) Assist Director and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility
4) Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
5) Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
6) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
7) Managing ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
1) Education level Diploma / Degree in any field
2) Good interpersonal and communication skills - Oral and written skill in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
3) Ability to organise and plan own work
4) Excellent attention to detail
5) Ability to work on own initiative.
6) Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
7) Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
