**Position: Admin Executive**

**Salary Range: RM3000- RM4500**

**General Administrative & Clerical Support**
Document Management: Assemble, copy, scan, and file documents; maintain organized filing systems.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets and other systems.
Supplies: Order and maintain stock of office supplies.

**Construction Project Support**
Documentation: Prepare and process project-specific forms, including purchase orders, change orders, and service agreements.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate logistics and handouts.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel for project management teams.
Estimating & Bids: Assist with compiling estimating documents and bid tabulations.

**Financial & Bookkeeping Tasks**
Invoicing & Payments: Process invoices and payments for vendors and contractors.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, track expenditures, and manage bank and credit card statements.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking budget allotments and providing financial reports to management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial documents.
Flexibility and a willingness to assist where needed across various departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
