Butterworth, Malaysia Hong Seng Group of Companies Full time

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and monthly closing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial analysis to support accurate reporting.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports according to deadlines.
- Maintain and update monthly ageing reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and proper document filing.
- Operate and maintain the ERP accounting system; ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for **audit and tax matters**, including year-end closing preparation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field. LCCI certification is an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Delegated, Self confident and good communication skills.
- Able to speak English and Malay. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
