Quality and Admin Executive

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation;
- Assessing the process specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements;
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work is maintained throughout the distribution chain, proving customers with the reliability and reassurance to customer’s demands.
- Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications;
- 5S, Safety and Quality auditing management based on highest quality standard.
- Purchasing of monthly use items
- Staff Time Attendance Management, Leave Management, Medical Management, disciplinary handling etc.
- Involvement of recruitment activities i.e. interviewing and selection, induction training and job certification.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree graduate preferably Quality Management / HRM
- At least 2 years Quality Management experience - previous roles and responsibilities adhering to ISO preferably from Logistics or High-Tech Manufacturing sector will be advantage added
- Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills.
- Energetic, analytical and structures in work process
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
