Ability to work with mínimal supervision & be on standby and able to do overtime after working hours, as and when needed or during the weekend.
- Repair damaged equipment and any damaged parts.
- Ensure the electrical system is in good condition.
- Ensure Lift system in good condition and safe for public.
- Ensure Standby Generator is in good condition when TNB power supply breakdown.
- Inspect Fire Protection System and make sure it is in good condition in term of Fire.
- Maintain a plumbing system and ensure water tank supply in good condition.
- Regularly check all equipment’s to ensure the equipment’s are in good condition.
- Carry out inspections of buildings supervised by other Technicians.
- Conduct inspections and preparing schedules for repairing jobs.
- Monitor the landscape and ensure all lighting surrounding are in good working condition.
- Monitoring pest control work by service providers appointed by the Management (i.e. insecticide spraying)
- Train other workers to use appropriate equipment.
- Assist in the training of new technicians.
- Provides Technical Report Monthly.
- Act as one who can provide assistance when needed.
- Provides daily, weekly and monthly in-house reports and checklists.
- Keep Monitoring expiry date and notify the management of any periodic delay to renew their license to avoid fines by authorities such as building elevators, standby generator, fire protection system rooms, fire extinguishers and related maintenance tools.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Have knowledge in equipment facilities, usage methods and safety procedures.
- Wearing a proper attire with safety boots at all time.
- Ability to manage time and responsibilities.
- Has a flexible schedule to do rectification works.
- Establish supervision of all work performed by external contractors.
- Regularly monitor buildings and maintain all existing building systems.
- Have a friendly customer service attitude.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
