ONLINE SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND PROCESS CUSTOMERS ORDER ON DAILY BASIS- PRINT ORDERS, SORTING PRODUCTS, DO QUALITY CHECKING ON MERCHADISE & PACKING PARCELS TO BE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS, MOST IMPORTANTLY LOVE TO TAKE PHOTOS, VIDEO OF PRODUCT, ABLE TO EDIT VIA CAPCUT- TO BE UPLOADED TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM ON DAILY BASIS.
- To reply chats and deal with customers problem - missing items, defect problem etc. Solve the problem according to SOP given and report back to superior on action taken
- To daily update sale report & replenish product quantity for low/sold out items.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and under work pressure especially during peak time (raya etc).
- Flexible to join to help out other department/ teammate when necessary.
- Able to conduct Live session for social media (with additional commission given)

**We provide basic salary, KWSP, SOCSO, OT + SALES COMMISSION**

**Work location: Bangi Sentral, Bandar Baru Bangi -( prefer applicants from nearby area)**
